Why Your Google Reviews Matter

Before settling on which business to use, most people scour the internet in search of reviews to inform them on which option is the better choice. Online Reviews have become “word of mouth” in the twenty-first century. Studies show that potential patients/customers trust the opinions of strangers on the internet as much as their own friends and that a positive review makes them trust a business more. Online reviews can be thorough, thoughtful and personal, much like casual advice from a friend.

We personally value reviews because it helps us to better understand what we are doing right and/or wrong as a business. Sometimes reviews feel like a pat on the back for us, and sometimes reviews give us the opportunity to discuss areas we can improve on. Both are highly appreciated!
